Story Tyme: Julian Edelman Reads His Childrens Book At Christmas Charity Event
As the 2016 Holiday season is in full spring, many members of the New England Patriots take time out of their day to give back to the community they live in.
In Boston Wednesday night, Edelman took part in the 5th annual “Celebrity Holiday Tree Auction and Toy Drive Kickoff” to benefit Christmas in the City, a non-profit organization that helps members of the local homeless population and also gives toys and other items to thousands of struggling children during the holidays.
As part of the evenings festivities Edelman held a reading of his newly released children’s book “Flying High,” or has he called it “a partially autobiographical tale about football and a squirrel.”
You can checkout Edelman’s full story in the link below, which captured the event on Facebook live.
The book is also available for purchase on his website.
