9) Jeremy Kerley — Kerley’s not a game breaker by any means, but a solid receiver that always seems to step up when facing New England. Given the Patriots near inability to select and develop quality receivers in the Bill Belichick era, along with taking him out of the equation when facing a division rival, would make the Kerley selection a win-win.
