For the 25th time in his soon-to-be Hall of Fame career, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was awarded AFC Offensive Player of the Week for the 25th time on Thursday for his performance against the Miami Dolphins.

In the game, Brady completed 26 of 38 passes for 356 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions. It was the 24th time in his career he had a four-plus touchdown’s passing game.

Brady’s 25th Player of the Week Award is second to only Peyton Manning’s 27 for most all time for any NFL player.

Through seven games this season, Brady has thrown 20 touchdown passes to just one lone interception and is on pace for 45 touchdowns the rest of the way per research by ESPN Boston’s Mike Reiss.

Brady and the Patriots are at home Week nine against the Washington Redskins on Sunday afternoon at 1pm.
