Kyle Long, Chris Long's brother, heard about Chris' decision to leave New England and was seen on Twitter trying to recruit him to the Bears, where Kyle currently plays. "If Chicago likes me they will love my brother," Tweeted Kyle. "I haven't talked to him or the Bears because that's not my place. Would be a LOT of fun tho"

Defensive end Chris Long announced on Instagram on Wednesday that he'll be leaving via free agency and won't be returning to the team. No word yet on where he's going, but Long wrote, "This has zero to do with money, etc. It's the right move in my heart because I want to get back to being the player I was before. I'm thankful for my role this year, but as a competitor, I'm itching to do what I do best."
