Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down

Can we get a thumbs up & thumbs down (kinda like youtube)? We currently have the like button but you can't unlike something unless you like it first. Keep a tally of the likes and dislikes in numbers not by name. Have the persons user page record the name of the people who liked or disliked their post.

Thumbs down promotes too much negativity and karma/rep chasing. It's annoying.
