Not to get into the whole argument again, but while "spygate" was not made up, but it was milked for everything it could be by the media who ignored the fact that you can videotape defensive signals legally from anywhere but the stands. And your example of "new info" coming out this week is perfect. That same Rams rumor was written about and dismissed at the beginning of the season, but the media is trying to make it sound like something new has come to light.
I can understand the Hate for BB, I don't agree with it, because I think the media sh!ts on him whenever they can, but what gets me is that you don't seem to hate the Pats as much as you hate the nonstop coverage of them. I wish people would take the time to make that distinction. Brady's not a media whore. He doesn't do excessive amounts of commercials and isn't all over the talk shows, but because the media chooses to focus on his success and obsess over him, that makes people dislike him? This makes no sense to me.
Basically Pats fans feel that the media, with the exception of a few, hate the Pats and are pretty open about it. They may cover them a lot, but to us it's all negative stuff, and to other fans it's the "media darlings" idea. It's just about perspective.
