I think if you're going for ceiling and you're looking for a really durable big kid who can take some hits and keep on ticking. I feel like Maye is a good pick here.

I know there are some McCarthy fans who disagree, and you're welcome to your opinion. but I'd rather bank on the more athletic guy who is built like a pickup truck and can make all the throws you are looking for.

yes maye has some mechanics stuff he needs to fix and he needs to make other improvements to his mental game as far as sticking in the pocket longer and extending plays. still he has a really impressive toolbox.

wow Joe ALT just went #5 overall to the Chargers. They went for a franchise LT and they got him.

So Harbaugh did not want to trade Herbert for a chance to get McCarthy

I have to respectfully disagree with BB here… Maye did a good job identifying and reading defenses. He needs to fix some mechanical issues but he’s very bright.

Giants have to take Nabors.
I wish we could trade back up for Nabors or Udonze.
