Chris Price of WEEI.com is reporting Sunday night that after a report of recently undergoing a physical for the Patriots this past week, he will in fact be rejoining the team as early as this week.
The 40-year old Seau originally joined the Patriots back in 2006, although he missed much of his first year here after breaking his forearm against the Chicago Bears on November 26th. He rejoined the team for 2007, and although he missed much of last season, an injury to Adalius Thomas prompted him to get back in uniform once again when he signed in early December during the final stretch of last year.
Good to see Seau pass his physical after it was reported on Tuesday that he had been trampled last weekend by a bull. Luckily all reports indicate that the bull is O.K.
