Shalise Manza Young of the Providence Journal reported on Monday that Practice-squad defensive lineman Titus Adams walked into the locker room with the belt signifying his achievement reportedly slung over his shoulder after assistant coach Pepper Johnson had chosen him as practice player of the week.
Johnson runs the 'show' team, meaning the team the Patriots offense practices again each week as they get set to take on each opponent. Defensive back Brandon McGowan achieved the honor last week.
