I know this has been talked about over and over, but its tough subject to avoid right now. But why is this such a big deal? Lets delve in...

First ask yourself, do you think if any other team was caught for the same thing this would have been a big deal? Maybe if it was the colts or the chargers or another major contender. Possibly. Do you think if the Raiders were caught trying to catch signals it would be such a media explosion? Of course not.

Kraft was 100% accurate when he said that everyone wants to knock you down when you're successful. The Patriots have caused a lot of anguish throughout the league with their success. Fans/Media/Players will make something of anything to try and ease the pain.

The 21 game win streak... the 3 Super Bowls... the constant hammering on ESPN and NFL Network about how great the Patriots are. This is enough for every team to justify the hatred on its own. But as we know.. some teams have very specific reasons to hate the Pats... and mostly sour grapes.

Everyone at one point were so desperate to throw dirt on the Patriots...when it was announced Tom Brady got a woman pregnant out of wedlock they immediately tried to tongue twist it into a football issue. Then bringing Randy Moss into NE was turned into an image issue. Again.. anything to ease the pain.

Success will always breed contempt.

Help me fill in this team by team specific list.
I put a ? Mark near items I felt were iffy.

o 1.1 Buffalo Bills

o 7.4 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
* 8 NFC West

The Bills??? I think being rivals for so many years gives a LOT of reason for them to be anto-Patriot.

Jacksonville?? Del Rio has asserted that the Pats messed up thier radio signals in a playoff game. Don't forget the comment about injuring Brady.****

KC??? Herm Edwards ex-EAST DIv coach...a BIG YES!!

I bet there are MORE!!!
