NEM is far more than just a Patriots fan. I know NEM, and he is the most loyal, hard core and passionate Patriot fan I have ever met. In fact in his case it is his way of life. He lives and breathes the Patriots.
And when he dies, and I know this for fact, he has asked his wife to have his ashes dropped over the site of the two stadiums that sat, or sit in Foxboro.
And what he did here, in this forum, was nothing that should have gotten him removed as it was all drawn way out of fact and the falsities were spread about him and made people think the wrong thing of him.
Was he totally without blame, no he was not because I saw what transpired. But far too many lies were told about him and rumors spread that were not true and the most loyal Patriot fan that I have ever met was barred from this place, a place that he loved and helped to build in the beginning, with his presence.
He has done more for Patriot fans than any individual I have ever known. On three occasions I met him as I went to games that the Pats played on the road.
He bleeds Patriot Blue, and for what was done to him by some people in this forum because they had a personal agenda is totally unwarranted.
He has had two heart attacks and on one occasion, after his triple bypass surgery in the hospital refused to allow the nurse shut off the Patriot game that was on television that weekend even though he was yelling and cheering from his bed. The game, to him, was more important than his life.
How do I know this, his wife told me so.
Anyway, that's my two cents.
As far as this Dolphin fan goes, I have no comments because I dont know him.
What has he done wrong to be the recipient of all of this animosity?
