It's a matchup between two of the league's best teams. With flex-scheduling, it is a possibility is it not? And when do we find out about it if it happens?

Zero chance; flex scheduling doesn't start until later in the season. (And, my understanding is, CBS has "protected" IND-NE, so that game cannot be bumped.)

No games can be moved before November 11th.

It basically is a primetime game. CBS has the double header and if I remember correctly there's only one other 4:00 game and it involves a team like the Raiders.
