What I don't understand is, right after the NFL filed the appeal, all the legal experts were saying the NFL only had like a 13-20% chance of winning. How the **** did this happen ?

NY judges. We lucked out that Berman wasn't biased. These other judges obviously are.

This is why the NFL acted first to get the case in NY before the union was able to appeal.

Katzman has written a very strong dissent. Most likely, Brady's team will seek a rehearing en banc, meaning in front of the full Second Circuit panel of judges, not just three. Rehearings en banc are infrequently granted, but the fact that there was a dissent helps a little bit.

1. Lies about the PSI of footballs in the media and in communications sent to the team.
2. Lies about Tom's testimony in the arbitration hearing.
3. Lies about there being no prior communication about ball tampering before the AFCCG.

5. Wins based on all of the above.
