well, it is not only Celtics fans that hate him. Kobe went through the same thing until he matured and just played ball. LeBrons young and no matter what he does at this point just comes back to haunt him.

So please tell us "King".... How exactly does the phrase "I'm getting played too many minutes" get taken out of context?

My heart sincerely weeps for you Bron.. You made a public spectacle of your free agent run, basically wiped your feet all over the city of Cleveland and the loyal fans that supported you as one of your own since you were 14 years old, and have dogged them every chance you get since then.

Now you're worried that people think you're a tool? Sorry Bron, you made your bed, now sleep in it.

I've lost total respect for LeBron, so much so that it's making me reevaluate his basketball nous too.

Unfortunately for you Kontra, you've inherited a hundred million dollar finger pointer.

He needs a disciplinarian coach. That's why I think that Riley taking over would do wonders for LeBron's maturity as well as his career.

Kontra ... you think he's coachable?

Most super stars are either coachable or not ... seldom do they change as we see this year with Vick. But back to the point ... it does seem that basketball players are less so than others ... part of that pampering AAU system that brings them thru.

I'm not sure he is open to that sort of mentoring Kontra. He's a punk despite his basketball prowess. I don't think there's too much upstairs with LeBron and his ego is a massive failing. He's had yes man around him all his career. His behavior is set.

For your sake you hope that can change but I doubt it.

Let me put it this way - there are two people in the league that I think can coach him up. One of them is Pat Riley. Though I do agree that it might be too late for him. One of the pitfalls of coming straight out of high school and having everyone line up to kiss your behind while calling you, "the King".

To take it even further, one of the main reasons why I think LeBron can change is based on what he's been doing this year. There's no doubt that he has an ego, as I said before. But he's shown that he's capable of changing and doesn't need to be the center of the team. His last few years in Cleveland, he WAS the Cavaliers. He was a the main scoring threat and the face of the franchise. So far with the Heat, he's been our assists leader and has shown a capability to take a step back in the scoring department (except when he plays the C's, for some reason). His game this year compared to other years is a lot different for anybody that's been watching him, and he stated that this was one of his main reasons for coming to Miami. If he can change his game, and take a step back to let his teammates take over, there's no doubt in my mind that the right person can coach him. Personally, though, I don't think Spoelstra, as good of a coach as he is, is that person.

I know you see what we all see Kontra, I guess we're on the annoyingly Pessimistic Pete side of the coin and you're on the optimist side of the coin.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out with LeBron personally, but I don't think the Heat will be good enough or complete enough as a team at any stage to seriously challenge for the title given the massive big man problem you face. It's nothing we haven't already discussed anyway.

Yeah, we're getting killed underneath. Hopefully the rookie from Texas can step up at some point this season because Ilgauskas is as soft as cake and Anthony is undersized. We've been getting rebounding help from Bosh and LeBron but that can only go so far.

    Chris Bosh on his coach....

This is officially just an embarrassment.

LOL. It's so sad that it's funny now. Embarrassing loss to the Pacers last night in which the entire team looked like it'd rather be at a club on South Beach. Now the questions about Spoelstra's job security are getting louder and louder. Unbelievable. $300M+ between three players and they get shut down by the Indiana Pacers?

LeBron is 26 this year. That's not young.

Kontra Miami's shortcomings are nothing most of us haven't floated. That said it's remarkable just how mediocre the Heat are for it.

I'm not giving up on the season just yet. But I am having a good, hearty laugh at it so far. And that's bad considering I root for the sHeat. :ugh:

So you shouldn't but the size issue was a glaring deficiency before the season started and it's a massive one now.

So Kontra, when do you think Riley steps in? 8-7 now, oh boy.

So far, this is looking like one of the dumbest moves in sports history by LeBron.

Losing in Cleveland and he's still BELOVED there. Losing in Miami and he's a damn joke. And no offense to the real fans like Kontra, but overall Miam's "fans" are pathetic, they're having trouble selling tickets with 3 of the best players in the NBA on their team.
