As a physician and women's health provider, I can only imagine what may have led to your wife's passing at such a young age…but as a husband and father, I can also imagine that the great responsibilities that will fall on your shoulders. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss Dave, I pray that you remain as strong as possible for the children even though I'm sure that is no easy task. I can only imagine what you must be feeling.
