I haven't watched the NFL network since the Pats were eliminated in Indy, and I've only watched a little bit of ESPN since then as well, and I was amazed to see that I had missed the Pro Bowl tonight.

Since when do they play the game on Saturday night? I could have sworn that the game was typically played on Sundays, and thus I was expecting to watch it Sunday night. I heard it was a good game though.

Maybe they will re-air it on the NFL Network.

The trend apparently started last year.

The commish was on yesterday, said it was a 1 year thing due to tv. CBS has The Grammy's tonight, thus the Pro Bowl was on Saturday.

I prefer the Saturday game. Derrick Brooks was urging the commish to keep it, but he sounded reluctant.

Took me by surprise too. I started watching about half way through.
