the jets won the the SB before patriots did we already have a coach in there already and bill parcell doesn't count because he coached 4 teams so actually you lead us in sb wins we lead you in hall of fame coaches. i call it a draw. but it aint over yet. the war has just begun.

It's not just the Jets -- but the entire division. BB has 'borrowed' players also. Familiarity with the players is one major factor. There's lots of film from playing each other 2x a season. Of course, Mangini does have an edge due to similar coaching philosophies and awareness of Pats personnel.
