—Former Saints defensive end Joe Johnson has been chosen to enter the Saints Hall of Fame. He'll become the 35th person to be enshrined during ceremonies in early November. DId you get that? Arguably the worst franchise in the NFL has Thirty-five (35) players/coaches/what have you in it's Hall of Fame. Can anybody name 35 good players in New Orleans history? Archie Manning. Pat Swilling. Ricky Jackson. Willie Roaf. George Rogers, although he's better known for being drafted ahead of Lawrence Taylor. Maybe Bum Phillips. After that we're getting into guys like Bobby Hebert and Wayne Gandy. Maybe they put Reggie Bush in already. Seriously, this is like the Patriots, who have had much more success and 14 more years of history, (and 12 or so guys in their HoF), enshrining guys like Pat Harlow, Marv Cook, and Tony Eason.
