Initially I worried that benching him would ruin his confidence, but his confidence has been diminishing with every failed series. I think we are at the point where leaving him in is just as likely to break him as taking him out.

I expected more from the defense. It seems like their deep zone is spotting the Bengals 6-8 yards underneath on every first down. I think Steve Belichick gets too much grief on this board, but I’m also tired of them dropping their best pass rushers into coverage and leaving an 8 yard cushion in the zone defense.

Was really hoping for more fight from both ends. Calling a timeout to kneel was chicken ****. When the offense looked to be putting their first drive together not going for it on 4th and two is cowardly play calling. I understand trying to play conservative and trusting your defense but when the other team is scoring on every drive why not try something to extend your drive. A fake punt could have been perfect in that situation.

This team needs huge changes in the offseason.

Steve Belichick wouldnt be a defensive coordinator in ANY other Team in this league. That’s a fact. Nepotism is not a good thing.

For all the talk about the setbacks of Jones in year two, I wonder if people are sleeping on how the coaching staff are not properly developing their rookies in Thornton and Strange.

Thornton is an indictment against Troy Brown in that case.

They are letting Chase catch and run it inside for an extra few yards seemingly on every catch.

I agree. Having a great weapon can make a qb look good. I'm just saying if you give Mahomes, Burrow's weapons, the guy is throwing 50 touchdowns plus.

Bengals game plan….receivers, daintily walk out 6-8 yards at the snap, slowly turn to QB, catch ball….no worries, there will be no defender within 20 feet of you……rinse, repeat!

They held a very good raiders offense to 36 yards in the 2nd half. they arent the best but they are better coached than the offense. its easy to kill the coach because nepotism is a good story. he is not half as bad as the others.

I have to say, I honestly feel cheated by this coaching staff and Belichick. I feel like there was a solid foundation laid last year, and then they made these bizarre decisions about the offensive scheme and who was going to run it that obviously didn't make any sense.
Here we are..... What should have been a 11-12 win team able to win a playoff game, is now a total sh't show dumpster fire.
