Ok, i've done my first and probably last First Round Mock for this year. There will be trades, but I can't really be arsed to mess around with them.

1. Colts - Andrew Luck, QB
2. Redskins - RG3, QB
3. Vikings - Matt Kalil, OT
4. Browns - Trent Richardson, RB
5. Buccaneers - Morris Claiborne, CB
6. Rams - Justin Blackmon, WR
7. Jaguars - Stephon Gilmore, CB
8. Dolphins - Ryan Tannehill, QB
9. Panthers - Luke Kuechly, LB
10. Bills - Michael Floyd, WR
11. Chiefs - Fletcher Cox, DT
12. Seahawks - David DeCastro, G
13. Cardinals - Cordy Glenn, G
14. Cowboys - Michael Brockers, DT
15. Eagles - Mark Barron, S
16. Jets - Melvin Ingram, DE/OLB
17. Bengals - Dre Kirkpatrick, CB
18. Chargers - Courtney Upshaw, OLB
19. Bears - Riley Reiff, OT
20. Titans - Dontari Poe, DT
21. Bengals - Quinton Coples, DE
22. Browns - Whitney Mercilus, DE/OLB
23. Lions - Jonathan Martin, OT
24. Steelers - Dont'a Hightower, ILB
25. Broncos - Jerel Worthy, DT
26. Texans - Kendall Wright, WR
27. Patriots - Janoris Jenkins, CB
28. Packers - Shea McClellin, OLB
29. Ravens - Peter Konz, C
30. 49ers - Coby Fleener, TE
31. Patriots - Andre Branch, DE/OLB
32. Giants - Mike Adams, OT

My thoughts on the 2 Patriots:
Take best player available at #27, and then fill a need with their prototypical OLB at #31.

Interesting to see that you've got both Ingram and Coples down later in the round - I feel like I've seen them both mostly top 15.

I'm not a fan of the idea of the Patriots taking Jenkins - I struggle to see them wanting a rookie w/ a potential attitude problem.

Good stuff though.

Jenkins can't be the best player available if BB cuts him. Undisciplined is not a fit for this team.

In any case, BB is famous for "building a team" not "collecting talent" in the draft.

There are few certainties in the draft, but the idea of Jenkins at 27 is as close to impossible as I can imagine. More unlikely than taking Coby Fleener. Only slightly more plausible than taking Brandon Weeden.

I think Jenkins falls to the 2nd maybe even 3rd round!

Excellent mock, and at #27 Jenkins is the best player available, but he is also the best player at #15. So if you do a mock based on the best players then Jenkins should not be on the board when we pick.
