With the Bucs, at least, was interesting (from the Globe):

When he was with the Buccaneers, Lynch would often wake up at 6:30 in the morning in the offseason to train on a hill in San Diego, walking it while carrying then-Chargers linebacker Junior Seau on his back.

so signing lynch was really just a way to get seau to come back. The signing finally makes sense now

I didnt realize Junior was so lazy:D

haha....was that his regimen or seau's...?

That reminds me of a calf drill we use to do in high school. A teammate would get on our back and we'd have to pump our calf until it killed us.

This explains while so many insiders said Junior was over the hill.

And Lynch has knees that still work... how, again?
