It's easy, and only takes a few moments.People also need to consider that the McCourty Twins are high character guys and very good football players. Given the Titans are devoid of talent, they need to be bringing it in not sending it out.Assuming a $154m salary cap, they've got $29m in cap space before taking into account carry forward / incentive adjustments. Why do they want to get rid of him? Overpaid for what he provides? Maybe, but he's one of their better players. Former Pats scouting head Jon Robinson is the GM now - if anyone's going to value a guy like him, it'll be someone who worked under BB.
Basically, I understand why McCourty could have been on the block in October prior to his injury diagnosis. But given the fresh new regime now, I think it's more likely they'll want to keep him now instead of trading or cutting him,
Just my opinion. Would love to be wrong here; I think more veteran depth at CB would be very helpful considering that neither Butler nor Ryan are under contract for 2017 at this point among other reasons.
I can't speak for the the actual decision-makers, but the Titans fans seem to think he's an important player moving forward. Here we're talking about accepting him if the Titans are looking to get rid of him for cheap, and then there's a Titans fan who includes him as one of the Titans' top 7 players.
BB loves Weddle. Sticker price might be a little high.eric weddle will be a free agent.
bring him in, let chung play the deone buccannon role.

Yeah he might be a casualty on a team with cap problems, but I don't see it here. With them having to spend to the cap floor as well, and I don't think TN is in a spot to lure a bunch of high-quality or high-price FAs unless they're also overpaid, there's really no reason for them to move him for a small draft return when they could also stand to gain a little more in trade from a needy team in-season than now. If in fact they're interested in moving him at all.Assuming a $154m salary cap, they've got $29m in cap space before taking into account carry forward / incentive adjustments.
