That is all I have to say about that terrible call against him defending Wayne. Players are taught to put their hands up when recievers look like their about to catch the ball. Hobbs didn't come close to touching Wayne and it's a shame the refs flagged him for it. Facemasking? What the hell is that? That is almost as bad as the "tuck rule". First it's the after 5 yard no contact rule and now it's "facemasking". These rules are making it extremely difficult for CB's to defend recievers. Their was nothing else Hobbs could have done on that play. In fact, the ball hit Hobbs in the back, no way would Wayne caught that under thrown pass. No wonder "shut down" corners are not a premium in the NFL anymore. I say a new rule should be DB's should put their arms behind their backs and let recievers catch the ball before tackling them.
