He admitted this is all about PR.

Costas: You can't thwart all the high technology. There are binoculars now with taping capability.

Goodell: Yes, but this wasn't high technology. It was a regular videocamera, in the open.

All he cares about is the perception, not the actual cheating.

Now he says Kraft wasn't aware. LOL!! Yeah, everyone else is aware about it except the most powerful owner in football.

Yeah and the Pats are made example of. If this was the Lions the punishment would not have been severe, but since it's a low first rounder people think they can afford to give it up particularly since they have two.
