What did golic say?I know we don't care, but doesnt Golic sound like he's a little kid who's milk money was stolen? I hope Tom thrashes them some more.

He was spouting off about Bradys espn comment. Greeny says he understands why the team would be mad about all the coverage, but shouldnt be complaining about former players on espn being critical of the team, and the advantages they may have gotten from filming. Golic was just going nuts about how if toms mad, he should only be mad at bill, because its all bills fault. I hate these guys, but today it is actually entertaining. Toms interview yesterday was awesome.
He's just mad that Brady said what a lot of other people think but are to cowardly to say. HEY GOLIC YOU BETTER NOT ASK BRADY for an interview anytime soon.
Yeah really if i remember correctly they were trashing Rodney last year for using growth hormone. Said it tarnished his rep. and the game.Tough words coming from an admitted steroid cheat like Golic.
If they keep it up and the Pats keep winning, which is a good bet then they will be frozen out of any access, or interviews etc. except for any mandatory NFL media day events. As much as I appreciate and respect hearing Brady's opinions on ESPN, it just doesnt pay. Those guys can and will always have the last word. And its always going to be right because it'll just be their opinion.
From what i remember Belichick refused to give them an interview a few years ago. Many here have conjectured that that is the reason for the hate directed at the Pats and BB. He didn't grant the interview because of comments made that season. To bad i can remember this but not the year it happened.I think it truly is awesome and a true testament to the pats front office that we can freeze out ESPN and some of the countries most popular sports writers and reporters and still be touted as the mount everest of football.
You go Mr Kraft and BB.....play on playas!

Yep that was it. I recall that comment but i didn't remember the rest. Its what started the ball rolling. That was after the Panthers Super Bowl (Jan 2004), and stemmed from Tom Jackson's infamous "They hate their coach" statement in the beginning of the 2003 season. He actually did do the interview, right after the SB, but beforehand gave Jackson an FU and refused to accept his congratulations.

Yeah but the interview was with Chris Berman, not Jackson...
