first, it was the boston globe book they put out on sale entitled "19-0"
NOW, the globe writes a story on city officials planning a parade

i mean, of course the city has to planned in advance, but cant we do this behind closed doors? this is the only year in which i can remember parade details coming out before a championship game(red sox or pats).
this just gives the giants a little more motivation. if you watched the 2004 super bowl dvd, you saw how belichick used the details of philadelphia's planned parade to motivate his team.
too late tom.

Menino said he does not want to jinx the Patriots by talking about a celebration before it is warranted, but he said a victory parade would probably start on Dartmouth Street near Columbus Avenue in the South End. The now customary caravan of Duck boats would carry the New England sports stars to Boylston Street, where the boats would turn right and head to Tremont Street and City Hall Plaza on Cambridge Street.
"We have to have a plan," the mayor said. "I'm just thinking about it; I don't want to jinx anybody."
too late tom.
