Fins release Harrington!

That's true Jbb 9s, but they may not get a chance at him--Houston or Detroit might get there first. At any rate, isn't it just a bit premature to let go of him now?

Fins release Harrington!

Why the exclamation point?
His (corrective) release is no more meaningful than his (mistaken) acquisition was.

I don't know if he is interested in being a backup but I think this kid could do something if he just had a halfway decent situation and some good coaching.

I agree. I like Harrington, and thimk he would thrive in the right situation.

He'd fit in perfectly in Oakland

just saying...if JaMarcus Russell doesnt work out

Perhaps I shouldn't have been, but I was surprised--that's why I used the exclamation point. Seems to me this guy is a reasonably capable backup who could find a home on several teams.

Harrington is the best quarterback ever :D :D

He's not being paid like a back up. And in Miami at this point the backup has a good chance of eventually playing. With Harrington they already know they are getting mediocrity so you might as well move on to someone else and see if you can't catch lightning in a bottle.

I can see the fires for this but here goes: Someone like him or Brad Johnson (if he wasn't picked up) would be an ideal 3rd QB for us. I did say third. Flame away.
