suprising a bit..Deke Cooper and Fred Beasley were released..supposivly a young FB blocks real well..maybe we take a shot at Beasley .. cut Evans. Beasley was 1 of the best FBs not long ago but he wanted out of San Fran.

Cooper was part of Jaguars as a safety..could bring ST skills maybe..good backup?

beasley came in and taught barnes how to catch the ball...it was almost a dead heat between them. Barnes won cause he is younger and cheaper.

hows Deke Cooper? I know a lot of Fin fans had him making roster as a backup and ST player.

The Pats don't need a true FB on their roster.
