First, when did Hopkins become a free agent and get to choose which team he goes to? He lost his no trade clause when he was suspended last year. He has little to no say where he goes.

My friend, they are a scrub franchise with only 3 SB rings. Over here in champ city, we look down on that kind of monumental failure. In our eyes, the people associated with that franchise, along with their fanbase, do not even qualify as real human beings. They are some form of subspecies for us to kick around as we wish - which we have done, by the way, in every playoff game played against them and their head coach.

But the prospect of being the number #1 WR on the Super Bowl Champion Chiefs playing for the best offensive mind in football is a lot more attractive than going anywhere else. Then again, if that's what Hopkins is looking for.

Nick Wright is a clown. But even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. I don't disagree with the premise that playing with Patrick Mahomes is more attractive than playing with Mac Jones. But it really all comes down to the money and who is willing to trade for Hopkins and absorb that salary.
