I don't think I've seen this posted yet. Written by a professor of law from Texas A & M. It's a good read exposing Goodell:

"The question is whether or not Goodell, in asserting his supposed right to punish at will – often based on questionable evidence and seemingly arbitrary procedures – violated the basic right to fundamental fairness claimed by every worker, including famous football players."
It's frustrating that the myth that the NFLPA bargained away giving all power to the NFL in 2011 is being propagated. The only thing that was added in this regard was:
- No judicial oversight of the agreement. Neutral arbitrators jointly appointed by the NFL and NFLPA will resolve disputes as appropriate.
