Start with coaching. Mr. Fix-It has met with instant success here in Dallas. But he might have too much to handle going against Mr. The Fix Is In.
Whatever it is that Bill Belichick and his lifelong sidekick, Ernie Adams, do with all that mysterious sideline footage is anybody's guess. Which I think may be the point. The Patriots want you to think they know everything about you, including stuff they aren't supposed to, even when maybe they don't.
also takes a veiled shot at spygate

Could JUST THAT ... getting into opponents' minds
... be the main rationale for that
otherwise-inexplicable silliness ?[/COLOR]

I think you're are being overly sensitive..he dropped a reference to spygate but suggested it was a means to an end, and that it ultimately only further adds onto the Belichick legend, and everything he does outside the lines to prepare and get into other teams' heads. The reality is that in the aftermath of "spygate", any non-NE columnist writing about Belichick will mention it in one form another..at least until this season is over. So if you're going to get these sorta comments, better to have them followed by complimentary adulation.
in the process creating a bad rep on team and organization and himself? i think we are giving BB too much credit -it was a mistake and thats abt it. he didnt need to get into people's mind last 3 SB wins and he didnt need to now.
