I can understand how Raiders fans feel about the Snow Bowl.......it was a very controversial and tough call, though it was called correctly in the end. Us longtime Patriots fans feel the same way about 1976.

Seriously ....I don't really have an answer for 1976, other than that was a judgement call, and judgement calls like that just about always go in favor of the quarterback. No matter how iffy it is.

How do you feel about the Raiders draft? I thought they did pretty well with the picks and deals they made (BTW, thanks for the 2008 3rd rounder). They have a stud QB to build their offense around for the longterm future, drafted the consensus 2nd highest rated TE in the draft, and may have gotten a steal in Michael Bush providing he can bounce back from his serious leg injury. I really like what the Pats did when you take into consideration the deals they made to pick up Welker, Moss, and 2008 1st and 3rd rounders in the process, as well as the drafting of Meriweather. All in all I imagine you must be optimistic about your teams future, just like us Pats fans feel about ours.

I totally agree with that, and yes I am. JaMarcus is awesome. It's about time we had a real quarterback. Aaron Brooks and Kerry Collins don't count as real quarterbacks. In addition to the ones you mentioned, I also really like Henderson. The bottom line is, we are starting over and this is a good start. Last year was about as low as I felt about this team in years. When that happens to a team, you just gotta go in a different direction, and that's what we're doing now. I don't expect to see the benefits this coming season, but in a couple years, look out above. I like the way Coach Kiffin thinks. He's smart, innovative and composed, and that's a lot to ask of a young guy. I think our team will buy into him. How about a Raiders-Pats AFC Championship game in 2009?

You guys certainly did all right this offseason. Like I said I was sad to see Moss go, but I think you guys reeled in a prize receiver who can still dominate games. I still think you guys should sign Asante Samuel to a long term deal (or have you already?)

There's statistics that definitively PROVE that there are no more injuries to opposing defenses that face the Broncos than any other team in the league.

ZBS itself is not a "cheater" scheme, but the way Gibbs drew it up for the Broncos (and used to this day by Denver) is.

Poor deluded Donko fan. You actually think your team won two titles in the 90's but the sad reality is your team had to cheat the salary cap to win them. Yes, that's reality. You wanted to see Elway win the big game so badly... but it turns out his team was a fraud.

If Elway, Davis, or Shanarat had any integrity at all they would just fess up to the Donkos cheating ways, apologize to the Falcons and Packers and the rest of the NFL for stealing the Super Bowl those years, and make sure an asterisk was placed beside the Donkies two fraudulent titles.
