Why would Carolina take Newton? Makes no sense to me.

Hankerson dropped way too many balls in his senior year and teams dropped his stock.

Thats all we need is another Ben Watson as a receiver

Seemed to create a lot of separation from the Cb's that were trying to cover him senior bowl week. That's a huge eye opener in my eyes. Also take into fact that he has been working with Duper over the last couple of seasons to improve those hands tells me a lot about his character and work ethic.

I agree in regards Newton. After watching him with Gruden I just got the gut feeling of bust. Immature, not that intelligent, ****y. He just seems to act so, I don't know, non-chalant about everything. He smiles way too much and those guys are always in for a fall in this sport. I just don't sense the "it" factor. I don't know how to describe what "it" is, but I know "it" when I see "it", and he ain't got "it".
