We both know the large majority of sports writers following the NFL are imbeciles.Unfortunately writers don't agree.
Writers don't care about the weapons that are available/unavailable.
The logic is not hard to follow.
"Fans" do it too I'm afraid.
12-4 (we but lost 4 games out of the last 6) WE SUCK!!!!
This is correct. I cannot recall a quarterback winning the MVP award while having even one major injury in the passing game. These awards are such a complete joke because they are really just about having pretty numbers on paper and have very little to do with the game of football. It is so shameful that these voters claim to understand the game on a deeper level yet 95% of them just go with the guy with a higher passer rating.
Palmer had a very good season, so to me it's not that big of a deal.
To me what is head-scratching is Khalil Mack being named an All Pro at two different positions.
If the voters cannot figure out what position a guy plays, should their votes be considered to be meaningful?
Speaking of Fitzgerald.. if they somehow go one and done and he wants to win before he retires... ACQUIRE THE BEAST?!?!
