Somehow I don't think teams are going to shoot themselves in the foot if they want to and can trade up with the Patriots over a petty silent protest with the organization. I think they are more adult than that, and for some, their jobs may be hinging on a good draft. Who knows, but I doubt teams...
Re: Joe Horn goes off on Patriot "Cheaters". [Now, this is good bulliten board materi
Jill, what you should really be asking yourself is why your team can't seem to stop us from scoring and, further, why Loserman and the rest of your offense can't score. That is what you should be more...
Ya, Smith finally didn't reject the idea that maybe he should sit out the rest of the season for the good of the team. Not sure what good is going to come either way:rolleyes:
:D That Buffalo thread is great. Had me rolling around and giggling. Especially the Lamar pic.
The big bang that created the universe was actually a massive sneeze from Bruschi :D
I have been saying this all week! And what about Pittsburgh running up the score against Baltimore during the Monday night game? Or how about Detroit over Denver?
I mean, maybe we went for it on 4th down when we were already beating Washington convincingly, but what if we get into that...
Apaprently we have leaders at 7 different positions, including Punter :rocker: :p
WR Randy Moss
LT Matt Light
KR Wes Welker (kick returner)
IL Vince Wilfork (interior lineman)
ILB Tedy Bruschi
ST Larry Izzo (special teams)
P Chris Hanson
I don't think it is just the Bills fans. Cower pointed it out a couple weeks ago, fueling the fire and the idea for any team we have coming up. Pretty pathetic and scary that we are even discussing injury as a strategy. The dark side of football indeed.

I am feeling good. You can go 'round and 'round in circles, but we have a great team and we DEFINITELY have a chance. Any given sunay anything can happen, but I am feeling good about this one and I am going to stay that way until the time clock ends on Sunday....then we'll see, but I...
Light better heave a damn good game. All of them really, but I am sure they are studying our Miami loss closley. Hopefully this time we will be ready. Brady is important but his job is a lot harder, if not insufficient, if he isn't protected.
Candlestick - I don't care who owns it, it is Candlestick! Weather tends to be bad and it is not in a great part of SF.
Black Hole - better for watching baseball games than football, but I had pretty good seats when I saw the Raiders play and the tickets were free. Fans are pretty wild...
As Bill Simmons wrote:
Before we get to the Week 17 picks, some amazing statistics for you:
1. Underdogs went 13-3 last week, bringing their record to 136-97-6 on the season.
2. Out of those 136 underdogs that covered, an astonishing 100 won their games outright (including 11 of 13 last...
Re: Pats fans cant buy tix?
That is one of my favorite things about college football - the bands and the fans from both places. Makes it much more interesting....I mean part of the fun is innocent smack talk
