How can this not be called "The Thumb Drive"??
Calling it now - when TFB leads the game winning drive in the superbowl next time, that's gonna be the historical name of it.
I dunno, he motivated BB to kick him out of the first quarter of the Jets game after his "Footgate" press conference.
But then, he wasn't really putting his best foot forward at the time.
Allow me to say BOOOYAAAAH, for obvious account name reasons.
(My family name is Gaffney; I'm probably one of few Gaffney Patriots custom jersey owners, which always gets strange looks in sports pubs;)

Feels like 2001 - everyone said we couldn't do it, we were too flawed, it was impossible, and BB and TB found a way to pull it off despite the odds.
From a results standpoint, feels like 1985 to me....except now we're the Bears.
Honestly, as a lifelong Pats fan, it's just a shocker to me...
Today I learned that Eli and Archie's names are both actually Elisha. This was both informative in it's own right, and will probably win me a bar bet in NY or NO at some point. Information for it's own sake, and also for future free beers = worth the mild disrespect.
That was a heckuva game. Both teams had it in their hands to win it...both defenses stepped up and kept it close. And it was a fluke kick away from being a further mutual beat-em-up in overtime.
Well written, man. I'm in total agreement on the Ocho sentiment. I'd love to see the guy take off. I'm fine if he doesn't. Was a great add for the value, and it's a win if he hits his stride and it was a reasonable cost if he doesn't.
Based on the content, I assume item #5's header was...

Numbers speak.
Vince Wilfork has twice as many interceptions as Revis this year.
Therefore, they may try to put Welker on Revis Island - but their whole team will be on Wilfork Continent.
I am far from taking the Jets game for granted - the Bills were a major struggle for goodness' sake (though I admit I felt and still feel that was a game where every possible bounce went against the Pats, we still didn't have the depth to overcome it).
The Jets aren't as bad as they just...
Re: If you were in the Pats F.O. and were able to sign a Patriots Legend/Star .......
No Bruschi/Harrison love? Guys who know how to win Super Bowls, and both killer combos of intangibles and tangibles.
An interesting side note in there I hadn't remembered: In his two MVP seasons he had 49/50 votes in 2007 and 50/50 in 2010, for the most overwhelming MVP votes in history.
Making one wonder, who voted for Fahvra in 2007?
