I know Goodell will try to screw us this week....be prepared to watch the Pats lose on some bogus PI. The world doesn't want to see Brady in 7 super bowls:) If Brady wins next week, he would have participated in 14% of all Super Bowls ever played.

If everyone is so convinced that the patriots have no chance because of NFL "rigging" why couldnt that be just as likely at home against the steelers?

They missed some borderline DPI calls on Talib and made a head-scratching DPI call on William Gay on a, I think, 3rd down.

Already bet on pats -3.5. If we have Collins Hightower and Chandler, we win. I expect some bad calls, but I think they're really gonna struggle to move the ball on us. At the same time, I expect 25+ points from the pats

It won't be a cakewalk since it's in their place, but it won't be as hard as KC imo. Regardless of who won today's game I feel KC was the major hurdle in the AFC. It's very hard not to be confident, like someone said aside from last year this has to be the most confident I've felt going into an AFCC.

I'm on the lower side of the 60-80% chance. I think us healthy in a rematch is favorable to us, but no gimme.

Yes. But the booing is a harsh image for the viewers. Constant booing is a bad look. Won't hear that in Denver.

You forgot the choice which says: None, the NFL has already rigged the game. The refs are now in training to try to disguise the predetermined calls against the Pats. I figure this will be the ultimate s***show, even worse that the usual ones the Pats suffer at the hand of the criminals on Park Ave. The Park Ave Felons want PM to get a shot at another ring so he can ride into the sunset on a high note. I feel that the Pats can beat the Donks handily but not with the refs in Elway's/NFL back pocket. It will take a Herculean effort and if the team was reasonably healthy they might be able to overcome them, but not this time. I'm hoping but not very confident of the outcome.

and the nfl wants the superbowl to be another embarrassment for manning like 2 years ago? because I guarantee either arizona or carolina would destroy denver.

Borderline?????????? Is that what THIS is called?

^^^^^^
Nothing to see, here.

If the refs wanted to screw us they could have just made up an illegal contact penalty on Browner or Butler in the SB. Not sure I'm buying that the refs will not allow us to win.

Wow, and of course the ref is just staring at it all, like always. Take the Denver defender out of the picture and you have a receiver jumping in the air with his hands glued to his hips.

So , no one living outside the Rocky Mountain States can buy tickets on Ticketmaster ! Are the Broncos that scared that they want no Patriot fans at the game ? I hate it when teams do that !

This board is becoming unbearable. I am not sure how anyone can have watched the patriots yesterday and the Broncos today and be crapping their pants in fear. if osweiller was playing, sure. but manning is cooked, done. If patriots get up a couple of scores, no way manning can come back throwing those ducks

You really think 12 points on field goals in the 4th quarter is going to beat the Patriots? they would probably have 30+ on the board by then.
I think most of ppl here are not afraid of Broncos, but the referees and league office.

The Pats are now TWO more wins away from making it a very bad day for Der Kommisar Goodell.

Please, in the name of all that is holy, let it happen!
This might well be the reason it won't happen. Goodell doesn't want to embarrass himself in front of all the fans, Although his skin is thick as stone wall.

We won't be relying on time of possession to win this game.
We might not rely on time of possession, but given the Steelers today in the 4th quarter AND our own meltdown in the 4th quarter/overtime of the Broncos game earlier this season, maybe we should concentrate some on clock management. I am not saying become super conservative, but it is worth trying to pound the ball every so often with Jackson to give our defense some rest. Sure, run or pass the time during the possession won't change, but just make sure we don't run out of bounds and extend the game - milk 40 seconds each possession and get the game done faster before we run out of gas. If we don't give our run blockers/pass rushers some time to cool off, it is likely Denver will score 10-14 points in the 4th. If we aren't blowing them out by then, fatigue could easily cost us the game.

Beyond milking clock, I would urge lots of defensive players to suddenly go gimp for the Pats between plays and try to slow the game down. Waste time and give our guys adjusting to altitude a bit more time to recoup between plays. Call timeouts in the first half when we don't need them as badly towards when Manning is about to hike. That means, if the clock is running, we get the run down time to milk clock and the extra time once the timeout is called to rest our guys.

This all might sound paranoid, but it seems the lesson from the Patriots and Steelers loses is to watch out for Denver to eek back in because of conditioning issues more than the stellar play of the Broncos.
