Let's see your playoff bracket

WC Round

Bengals over Pitt (Bengals gotta win a playoff game sometime. Being at home will help a lot so i will pick this as an upset)
KC over Houston (no surprise IMO)
GB over Washington (again no surprise)
Seattle over Vikings (again no surprise)

Divisional Round

Pats over Bengals (This is gonna be a tough game at times but i do believe the Bengals will Bungle at some point and winning 2 in a row with either a back up or injured QB is too much... Also Pats will look pretty good but a tad rusty)
KC over Denver (Another upset pick... Denver should win this game cause they have the better team but KC will not give up the cheap big play and stops the runs and also Smith plays safe and does not put his D in a bad spot... Denver manages to lose and KC rides momentum)
Seattle over Carolina (IDK if i should call this an upset pick or not... Carolina meets a hot Seattle team and it smacked around but stays competitive in the loss)
AZ over GB (GB is just not that good and AZ is)

Conference Championship

Pats over KC (The story line will be blown up as the KC team beating the Pats last in 2014 and how hot they are and how the Pats have looked meh... Both teams I think play well but the Pats win)
AZ over Seattle (AZ is just better and Seattle is not as good when not at home... Seattle does not have an answer on D for AZ I think and Wilson has another bad NFC Champ game but his D can't bail him out this time).

SB

AZ or Pats (I go back and forth on this one... I will call it a 50/50 pick em... I think AZ should probably win but other factors i think will fall the Pats way. They are due for a few SB breaks and that Mathieu injury might be pretty big against Edelman and AZ does not have a great pass rush which is what has beaten the Pats in the Past. I will have to see how I feel about both teams later on)

these are all homer picks lol

That's because the haters avoid these threads so they can have it every way they want it. As long as they win they stay quiet or act like they support them, and if they win the Lombardi they were big fans all the way and cheered their asses Off. But if they lose they are all nostradamus and Belichick sucks, MacDaniels sucks, Patricia sucks. The team is a mess, get rid of Brady, time for Garrapolo etc etc etc.

Somehow their always right about how much a team that wins almost 80% of the time and has more championships than any other this century sucks and those who actually supported them are just ballwashinh homers.

WILD CARD
AFC
Cincinnati over Pittsburgh
Kansas City over Houston

NFC
Minnesota over Seattle
Green Bay over Washington

DIVISIONAL PLAYOFFS
AFC
Kansas City over Denver
New England over Cincinnati

NFC
Carolina over Green Bay
Arizona over Minnesota

CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
New England over Kansas City
Arizona over Carolina

SUPER BOWL
New England over Arizona

Wild card:
6 PIT @ 3 CIN - 6 PIT, this exact scenario already happened pretty recently and the Steelers won easily.
5 KC @ 4 HOU - 5 KC, this matchup happened week 1 and KC handled them and has only gotten better since.
6 SEA @ 3 MIN - 6 SEA, I don't believe in Minnesota's offense in the playoffs.
5 GB @ 4 WAS - 4 WAS, not feeling too confident here but I hear all these things about Cousins at home.

Divisional:
6 PIT @ 1 DEN - 1 DEN, I think PIT only won the game a few weeks ago because they had the home turf.
5 KC @ 2 NE - 5 KC, I just don't like the matchups here against arguably the hottest team in football...
6 SEA @ 1 CAR - 6 SEA, very close call given Carolina won in Seattle already but giving it to the proven playoff team doing much better now than when they lost to CAR earlier this year.
4 WAS @ 2 ARI - 2 ARI, this is going to be a terrible game.

Conference:
5 KC @ 1 DEN - 5 KC, I think Peyton's luck runs out here just as it did in the regular season hosting KC.
6 SEA @ 2 ARI - 6 SEA, again, gotta give it to the more experienced playoff team. Week 17 just confirmed what I already thought.

Super Bowl:
6N SEA vs. 5A KC - 6N SEA, this matchup wouldn't be very exciting or close or even an entertaining blowout IMO. Some boring 27-17ish game.

Lot of people think denver will lose in the 1st round. I doubt. Especially when they know they have HFA. Last yr, they were half spooked of coming to foxboro when playing the colts if they were to win - some of their players also said it. This yr everyone expects them to be 1 and done. Rarely happens this way. By some dumb luck, they might host houston too ,who knows

That's because most realize that the real Peyton Manning is the one that was pulled from the K.C. game after four picks and a zero passer rating, and they expect the same in the playoffs where they will most likely face a Pittsburgh team that they will have to score at least 27 to beat, and he's not up to that. In fact he's so bad that his heroic performance against San Diego consisted of 5-9 for 59 yards, and he was lauded as the considering hero for it, that's just embarrassing. And team player that he is Manning has tied Kubiaks hands behind his back as he has made it clear he does not want to back up Osweiler and did so last week only because they had no one else, so Manning will be the starter and Denver fans had better pray that they can complete putting a dome on Mile High in the next 9 days, but even that won't save them, essentially they are screwed no matter what happens. Peyton is going to give it the old college try and drag his balls over the Broncos playoff chances as he finishes his career with his tenth one and done. Hopefully then the good ship HGH MANNING will putter off the edge of the horizon for good.

So I had time at work today and made a spreadsheet of our picks on Google Drive. I didn't include picks that were not full or impossible divisional match ups (except for @dales804 and @BobDigital who predicted all the way except a Super Bowl winner).

If anyone posts between now and 4:40pm I will post it on to spread sheet. I will give 5 points per win in Wild Card. 10 points for Divisional, 15 points for Conference and 25 for Super Bowl winner.

This is great work and thank you for doing it. Also I did not pick against the Pats. I just wanna see how they look in the divisional round first. Then I will make my official pick :p But either way thank you for all the effort you put into this. I hope other fans give you a like to cause it was really awesome of you to go out of your way like this for the forum!

I'm going to reply to this thread because there is some serious off topic sniping going on in the other threads. Jeez people, calm down. We're all friends here (although I guess it's good we don't all live in the same neighborhood (ahem)).

It took me a few days to recover my Pats homerism and respond to this thread as I was grumbling to myself that, "I can't create a bracket where I have the Pats losing their first game." but now I have retrieved my rose-colored glasses from where I threw them at the end of the Miami game and here are my predictions:

AFC
Steelers over Cincinnati
KC over Houston

Pats (gulp) over KC
Steelers over Denver

Pats (gulp) over Steelers

Caveat - this may be more what I want to happen rather than what I think will happen, although I think I am right on the wildcard games.

NFC (okay, I confess I had to look to see who is playing whom; that Miami tilt really screwed me up):
Green Bay over Washington
Seattle over Minnesota

Seattle over Panthers
Cardinals over Green Bay

Cardinals over Seattle

Pats over Cardinals in SB 50

Go Patriots!!
So far, so good...

4 for 4 on WC weekend

Divisional

Pitt
NE

NFC this round will prob be toughest games to call all postseason

Seattle
Arizona

Seattle beats Minnesota
GB beats Washington

Arizona over GB
Seattle over Carolina

AZ defeats Seattle (though I wouldn't be shocked if it went the other way)

Pitt beats Cincy
KC beats Houston

Pitt over Denver
NE over KC

NE defeats Pitt

NE WC outlasting AZ

Ironically in both conferences it's the two seed vs the six seed and the SB being a battle of the two's.

4 for 4.
