I called for him a month and a half ago.......

if he gets outside the tackle, he looks for engaging primary contact ........ he can blow up a DB....granted sensabaugh was on his heels a bit

I liked what I saw... reminded me of Sammy the Bull Morris, vertical runner, head down, plowing over guys.. keep it up kid

Nice job Joey, but do yourself one big favor, don't forget to set your alarm clock ;)

Gawd.....enemies of the Soviet state that lived in the gulags in the 1930s had better treatment than in BB's doghouse.

lol you aren't going to find better than a 4 YPC guy on the streets now.

If there were guys like that available, they would be scooped up immediately.

Also calling him a FB is assinine. No team gives their FB 14 carries, regardless of who they are playing. No need to be purposefully obtuse.
Although I don't agree with the idea that Iosefa is just a FB, the perspective is valid given the limited information we have. BB is extremely pragmatic and often defies conventional thought. Calling it assinine to say that BB, down his top 2 RBs would run a FB 14 times in a game when leading by 3 scores in the second half is over-the-top at best. Following it up with accusing the poster of being "purposefully obtuse" is nothing short of rude. Why be so harsh over something so innocuous?

Well you can call him whatever you like but if you line up at Tailback your a tailback regardless of what the program says. He did ok and I thought Bolden ran well. Still would like to see what others have to offer.

I could watch this run over and over. It pretty much showed all of his talents, Vision, saw the hole and bounced it outside, Quick feet, to jump cut to the outside, and last but not least, power to break tackles. He's also a good receiver, I know as a defensive back, I'd be a little worried seeing him coming at me full speed after making a catch. I think he'd be good at the goal line.

Plus he'd be excellent to wear teams down, would love to see him get the ball 20+ times.

As long as Joey Iosefa keeps running forward and not backwards he's fine with me.

I wasn't expecting much from JoYo, so I was pleasantly surprised by his quickness into the hole. Now, will he make it through those holes on a regular basis, probably not. I really wasn't a big BJGE fan, but if JoYo can provide that kind of consistency and ball security, he's a great find at this point in the season. Also have to give some credit to the OL (just in run blocking of course). They opened up some nice holes.

Agree. I think Sammy had more speed and he didn't initiate contact. I'm thinking LaMont Jordan (2008) running style?
