@YahooNoise: One other tidbit on Pats/Broncos, accumulating snow expected in-game, possibly a couple inches. Not a huge impact, but worth noting.

@dougkyed: PSA: There's an 85% chance of snow tomorrow night in Denver. #YippeeKiYay

Tom's got this

I am curious if Brock Osweiler has played in snow much if ever.

Edit: Was born in Montana and played there is HS. For College he played at AZ state.

So maybe he played in some snow in HS. Kinda doubtful in college though as I would assume even their away games would not send him north enough.

It will be cold here in Denver , 20's and it's been that today. If won't be heavy snowfall at all, light snow maybe, be aware our forecasters suck here. :) we have been getting light snow all day today but absolutely nothing that would affect a football games one way or the other, I don't see that changing tomorrow.

probably hasn't played in snow for a while now...Bring on the snow!

Well if there IS a ray of hope for this ball game, this is it. There MIGHT be a legitimate discussion of whether Brady is the greatest QB of all time. However there is no question whatsoever that Brady is the best bad weather QB of all time, and he has proven it over and over.

20 degrees, snow and wind, boy did Denver catch a break when Manning went down. He was having problems in perfect weather, this would have been the death knell. Now I don't know how well Osweiler will do, but it HAS to be better than what Manning would give them.

From the snow game that started it all:

Figures. The '13 AFCCG was a beach day in Jan for Manning and now when he's out its a blizzard. Not really but still.

Oh well.

Hope so, wasn't feeling good about this game with Dola out but, if it snows gonna change my picks back to Patriots. Can't beat Brady in the snow.

Gotta think this favors the Pats. Brady is great in bad weather, and Blount should also do well. The deep passing game will probably get taken down a couple pegs, which is good since the Pats probably will barely have one anyway. Rough on Osweiler to have his second NFL start be in the snow; his comfort in the offense will be put to the test. They will likely lean on the run even further which will make it easier for the Pats D to key on and stop. Probably a good game to get Gronk, Chandler and Williams/Cleveland in space in the middle of the field and let defends slip & slide in snow trying to take them down.

If anything, Blount is a bad weather running back.

He had a big game against the Bills 2 years ago (week 17) in the rain and 2 of the Pats' playoffs games against the Colts came in the rain

I don't think he's had any snow games here though

Tomorrow's expected snow offers the NFL another ideal opportunity to test PSI data and release it to the public, to put deflate gate to rest. We all know of course, that no information will be forthcoming, presumably because the PSI data that is being collected contradicts the conclusions of the Wells report and does not help the NFL's case in court.

What I would like to know, is where did all the real journalists go? If the local newspapers had any pride, they would be submitting a freedom of information request to have the data released. Even Curran & Reiss are failing in their journalistic responsibilities.

Stealing our draft picks to assuage a group of owners jealous over the Patriots success is an unjust act & any organization with a mission of publishing the truth, such as the Boston Globe before it became a shadow of itself, should be all over this.

Isn't a snow game less likely to have injuries since players will slide when they fall, and there may be less planting and players with a good head of steam hitting them?

Hoping that's the case.

Guys I'm sorry to bust the bubble but the weather won't be a factor tomorrow. I live here in Denver, it is great football weather right now, little bit of light snow, cold, but it won't have an affect on the game, other than maybe kicking but that a stretch.

I think this is the game we blow someone out. Top recievers hurt, OL stunk it up last game, Gronk was muffled, no run game. They heard it all this week. Now payback.

Freedom of information requests are used to pry information from government agencies.

The NFL is not part of the US government, thank God. I'd become a refugee!

Forget snow. Just having a name like "Brock Osweiler" is its own albatross.
