Collins would be wise to take note.Hopefully his weight/strength loss has been minimal. Maybe he can get a workout program with Gymrat/PatFanCraig? He added 15 pounds of muscle with minimal fat gain in just 2 weeks.
It especially helped me in my considering whether to get a knee replacement! I think I'll stick with the pain for now thanks.
