The difference between Pats fans and Seahawks fans is that if a band who were Seahawks fans did that in Boston then they'd get bottles thrown at their heads in 30 seconds. Seahawks fans just take it with some scattered boos.

Seattle loves them Seahawks everywhere you go there is a #12 in just about every window..

Recently when I was in Pike Market, I saw a teenage boy with a #12 jersey and asked him if he was honoring Tom Brady?? His mother whisked him away..

I asked vendor who was wearing the same jersey the same thing, and he muttered something and turned his back..

I asked a man who was donning the same apparel, he started to swear at me..

Seahawks fans have no sense of humor..

Sully has always had big balls. He's also Boston to the core. My poor brother on the other hand looked like he was ready to jump off stage and run for it. Hilarious.

Those fans are total morons and the singer should've stayed out of it. A match made in purgatory.

I've been at similar concerts where sports rivalries flare up like that between band and crowd. It's really stupid and a no-win situation for the band.

I don't know your music taste but Godsmack. Sully specifically is one of the best live performances I've seen. And yes I'very been to many live shows spreading multiple genres.

Maybe they know you?

I witnessed Rob Zombie (from Haverill) wearing a Red Sox shirt trolling Zakk Wylde (wearing a Yankee hat) at an Ozzfest in Mansfield years ago. They kept stealing the mike from each and trash talking. Zombie finally shoved him off the stage (light-heartedly and to the fans delight) and began the "Yankees Suck!" chant as Zakk exited the stage with a 2 finger salute.

They were playing a series that weekend. The back and forth was pretty funny and not serious at all. A throng of thousands of headbangers chanting "Yankees Suck!" Only in New England.

People in the NW have every right to be proud Seahawk fans. They have been a very good team, who have won a lot of games playing good tough football. Of course I root AGAINST them every game, but you have to admire Russell Wilson, who like Brady, has risen to success, despite physical limitations and the "experts' " opinions. And I will ALWAYS believe the final play was a reasonable call, and a decent pass, that failed because of a spectacular individual play by Malcolm Butler. There is a LOT for Seahawk fans to be proud of over the last 3 or 4 years, and they SHOULD hate the Patriots. Not for "deflategate", but for beating them in the superbowl.

I don't like Punk Rock, and I can't tell you I know anything about God Smack, but Sully Erma has huge balls for do that deep in Seahawk country. HUGE BALLS! Good for him. He's a REAL fan. I'm now a huge fan. Just don't ask me to listen to his music.

If we were to walk down the street in another part of the country and hear a "Patriots Suck" chant, we would take that as a sign that the Pats were in their heads. And we'd be correct. That's how I've always looked at the "Yankees Suck" baloney here.
