Rex Ryan: Patriots were 'clearly trying to embarrass' Bills

Someone is embarrassing the Bills alright. How does the team allow him to have that photo on his desk?

Bills fans are more delusional than Jets fans. Here's some of the comments on that article:

"whats sad is the journalsits chose to take this spin on it. when we are 15-1 with a first round bye they will be calling it our 'KC moment' though so its all good."

and

"I take nothing but positives from that game though - we eventually found the formula to beat NE in only week 2 and Tyrod got stronger while Tommy finally peaked"

and

"If we don't beat you guys on week 11, wait until next year. The bills are on your door step folks."

^ That guy has probably been saying this for the last 15 years.

He's on Francessa at 3:30 if anyone needs a good laugh.

Well, hope is all that trashy fanbase has.

I think it's pretty clear that the Pats were attempting to run the score up and embarrass the Bills. It would have happened if Solder blocked his man successfully and the Pats didn't attempt bombs on two 4th and 1's.

When expectations aren't met, something/somebody is responsible and it's not the losing team of course. The Pats must be cheating or they are ignoring the mercy rule. Oh wait, there isn't one. Darn.

Right when I start to give this buffoon some respect he goes and says stupid **** like this. Hey dip$hit, you would try to embarrass the Pats too if you were even 1/2 the coach BB was.

I hate when any team says crap like this.

All teams have 53 man rosters with pro players. All teams were part of the same draft. All teams have the same coaching positions. All teams have the same salary cap. If you don't like getting scored on, then stop it. If you can't stop it then thats on you, you embarrassed yourself. This isn't little league. The scores & stats matter, and in some cases can even be used in tie breakers at the end of the year.

You weren't alone with the respect for him. Many others made that same mistake here.

I haven't cared for the guy from the first time I heard him open up his big mouth. He's a carbon copy of his dad Buddy.

Francessa is a TERRIBLE interviewer.

Agreed. While our evaporated leads are usually due to going into clock killing mode too early, this time was the opposite. Too many backfired risks trying to make the lead even bigger.

If the Bills were so concerned with not being embarrassed, they wouldn't have hired Rexy.

As for the Bills fans clamoring about being on the doorstep...I guess if you predict it every year, it's bound to come true. I'm sure the stars will align one day and the Bills will win the AFC East. When it happens, I may have to get in my hovercar for a drive and contemplate the autumn years of my life.

Jeeez! The Pats didn't put a fifty burger up on them like they did the Jags and the Jags ain't complaining...that I know of...yet.

Almost 2 weeks after and the guy is still crying and talking about moral victories because they made a little comeback. He's really asking for 50-60 to be hung on his team on Nov 23rd, isn't he?

I think some people are confusing the terms "Like" and "Respect"

There's a difference ..

I truly Like the guy. He's funny and entertaining. I love having him coach in our division.

Do I Respect him? Hell no!

You know what you get from Rexy: A lot of blather and a poorly coached team. He must coach up his guys on how to take stupid penalties since both the Jets and the Bills have excelled at it. Keep in mind that this is just the first few weeks of the Rex Regime. Can you imagine how bad they'll suck this time next year?

Aren't they playing the Giants this weekend?
