THey forgot to sign the paperwork and had to refile.

Don yee has gone after the nfl before also after the well report. The NFL knows all this but still doesnt care and seems still seems to be unaffected. Feels like a helpless situation vs a tyrant.

Maybe Doty was actually around and passed on it. I'll be surprised by that, but not shocked at this point, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, it can still be changed, so it's worth paying attention to, until/unless we do hear that Doty passed on it, IMO.

Yeah. And it looks like the whole thing backfired on them anyway the moment that Richard Berman's name popped up as the judge in line to hear the case.

I was initially (and perhaps unfairly, but I don't think so) critical of how the NFLPA handled this, but now through blind, dumb luck,, they have ended up with a judge who is a Union Lawyer's wet dream.

Put it this way, if a Union can't prevail with a guy on the bench who was the AA for Jacob Javits, who was appointed to the Federal Bench by Bill Clinton, who has an MSW in addition to his law degree (not exactly the pedigree of a corporate power attorney) and who studied International Law with the "commies" in Stockholm...well, it's not going to prevail anywhere with anybody. Guys like Berman tend to have a lifetime of contempt for weasels like Wells but speak the same language as guys like Kessler.

Court of public opinion was lost when that Pats guy taped some useless info during jets game. And unless the Pats start losing for about 20 years in a row it will remain that way .
But it makes no difference in a real court .
I am surprised they haven asked Brady for fingerprints ,blood, urine, dna and sperm samples and anal probe yet. In any ordinary universe this psi and mobile stuff would be laughed at . This is dictatorship at its finest . I really believe godell hast lost his mind.
Brady dumped his phone!!! which was not in evidence ! Any reasonable person from the tests would understand that he wants the balls in the legal limit, and it is implied that it should be done with refs involvement.
In a real court if I supposedly jay walked would the judge insist my cell phone be handed over?
People get this in your heads....he didn't want them to see his phone for his completely personal info !
