Chevy will give Butler his own truck

Lots of cheap publicity for GM, they must be loving this.
We have a GM but I don't understand why the high end auto manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus dont get in on this.

With that said very smart for Chevy to do this. Great PR.

what the heck is brady going to do with his truck? he doesn't look like a truck sort of guy, so I can't see him driving it.

Can one of you give away your daughter to Butler?

Give Edelman one too :D. He'd be my MVP after Brady and before Butler.

If he wanted a truck he'd have one already lol, so it's kinda pointless I guess he'll probably sell it and donate to charity or something.

After one of his earlier Super Bowl MVPs, he donated the Cadillac Escalade that he had won to his high school for a charity raffle.

There's only one truck fitting for Brady.

Trying to gift Brady any other truck is an insult.

Not for nothin'..... But that is a kind of lousy giveaway compared to years past. Flacco got a Corvette Stingray, and I remember Brady once getting an Escalade. an entry level small truck doesn't compare to those.

I know they give away whatever vehicle they are currently trying to promote, but it just seems silly to have all this trouble over what amounts to one of Chevy's least expensive vehicles. Certainly least expensive in its class.

This is the cheapest way to say "Tom Brady drives a Chevy truck" without actually having to pay him to say that.

Don't get me wrong... I would be thrilled to win one of these, but I am also not a professional athlete and Superbowl MVP.

You do realize a Lexus IS just a fancier overpriced Toyota?

License plate: TOMSTRUK. Great story.

I could see Brady in a late 90's cummins or 2008-2014 Ford F-250-350, lifted, straight piped, dpf and egr deleted, Rollin coal. Actually I could see him, Gronk and Edelman in that truck poorin black smoke on hybrid cars. Nothin better then a lifted, straight piped diesel truck with a programmer.

makes no sense to give a vehicle to a multi millionaire. If they want a cetain vehicle, they can go buy the exact model, color that they want
This is makes more sense than 99% of the management decisions made at GM in the past 10 years. Incredible PR for pennies.

Pre-Gisele - yes.

With Gisele - No. He'll go more eco-friendly like a hybrid or something. Have you seen their house?

Butler must milk as much as he can out of this. Truth is : Bradys are few and far between. Most NFLers are in and out of the league with little savings to support their post football life. Take everything you can, my friend. You are already on your way : by taking the ball from that stinky Seahawks WR last Sunday.
I'm a bit of a bandwagon follower of the Pats, and it has gripped me all week. I can't stop thinking about the game, and Butler is a huge part of it. ( Along with Brady torching the Legion of Boom with the game on the line).

The way I understand it is Chevy is just giving the truck directly to Butler instead of Brady.
