The only reason I wasn't at Professor Thom's or the Riviera is that I'd rather be here.

Cheers, Champions!

There are some others, but you'll see the full list on the site later on. Trying to have some cool stuff and keep the place interesting and fun. I'll post the others once I get done formatting them in a few minutes.

And I've already decided, come hell or high water, we're all definitely getting together next season. I'll figure out when and where, but it's something I've always really wanted to do, so that's going to be my priority this offseason. If a lot of you are in, that would be really cool, but we're doing it - it's time we finally all connect and get together :D

No, thank YOU Ian! Being a Pats fan located halfway around the world is hard, you have to watch games at 1 AM or 4 AM almost every Monday morning, you end up watching blurry and interrupted feeds over crappy internet connections...but this forum is a godsend for people who need their Pats fix and want to talk about the team. Thanks for all you do.

Great site, man. Wonderful sense of community.

Ian, you're my guy brother. Words can't express how grateful I am for this forum.

And on a personal note, as a man, you've reached out to me privately on things that only a man of genuinely great character would have. I appriciate that more than you know, and I'm proud to know you my friend.

It's seasons like this that makes this site important to all of us patriots fans. Thanks Ian.

This is a very important web site for Patriots fans. Some might think the high population would water down content, but in reality, I've learned a lot of things here that I wouldn't know from random posters, with low post counts, across the world. The other forums are good, and have their place. Reddit can be useful too. PatsFans sits above them, for me.

I appreciate the work that Ian and all the mods put into keeping this place the virtual home of the Patriots.

I came to this board to commiserate after they lost to the Broncos in the 2005 playoffs and my dream of a 3 peat was crushed. I needed a place with like minded fellow Pats fans to get over that crappy feeling. This has been a place I know I can always find people who are going through the same thing I am feeling. This place helped me get over the heartbreaks and now finally we get to celebrate another championship. I love you all!

I love this forum!!!!!!!!!
So true, through thick and thin, I'm on this site several times daily, including when I'm at my desk at work ;). Thank you Ian ! And thank you my fellow Patsfans !

Ian, thanks for all that you do, the Patsfan community (really, it is the sense of community on this forum) is something I treasure, and I think the other members feel likewise.

Thank you Ian for giving us a place to cheer, complain, and share our love for your Super Bowl 49 Champions!

You're the man, Ian, you put together a place where we can all chat, maybe not agree, but hang out from anywhere and everywhere in the world.

Tonight we get to all be World Champions together because of this forum.

Thanks!

When I started this website 15 years ago, my goal was just to try and put together a place for us to come together and have a community to talk football. Coming off of a losing season, my expectations weren't high and it was all about having fun and trying to enjoy this team and this game. The team won a championship in our first season, and obviously went on to win a couple more. It was amazing.

Here we are 15 years later after a lot of near misses and some unbelievable games. Really glad to share this game with everyone in here tonight, and just want to say thank you to all of you who have stuck with me through the good and the bad. I'm far from perfect and I know I've certainly made my fair share of mistakes here, and I've certainly learend from them. But I always do the best I can to make this place as good as it can be and that will never change. And make no mistake, this place would seriously be nothing without you.

Thank you to you all for an amazing 15 years and I'm honored to being able to enjoy this win with all of you.

Enjoy it. It's been a long time coming and you never know when the next one will be.

But congratulations, the Patriots are World Champions :D
Ian, you and this site have meant so much to me the past 12 years or so since I've been active on it. But it's so meaningful especially the past 9 years when I moved away, and really especially the past 2.7 years since tragedy struck me... I don't even know what to say. I'd do anything for you.

I love you, dude.
