Wow! Listening to him on WEEI, he is twisting the facts like crazy. Ironically, he is claiming he wants to deal in facts.

He said it was a fact the Pats taped the Rams' walkthrough. Merloni said the Pats would dispute that and Faulk said it is a fact that Goodell saw the walkthrough tape.

Later he said that the league only sent out the warning to not tape signals to the Pats because the Pats were only doing it.

Seriously, for a guy who obsesses about the Patriots' cheating habits, you would think he would get his facts straight. Too bad the WEEI midday crew sucks and didn't call him out on his BS.

WOW

Listening to this now

This dude is ANGRY

I think Faulk just wanted something out there in the media that did not insult Cris Carter's "intelligence"

Well Fauk has as much evidence as all of these Ballghazi reports have, he will be claiming that the balls were deflated too.

seriously how does willie and heath work with this guy?

That is the biggest problem. No one, either in the media or a current or former player, ever speaks up and tells him he's wrong, he's embarrassing himself by clinging to these lies and he needs to move on and drop it.

I would think, after 7 years of him whining about this, someone (McGinest, Bruschi, Harrison, Michael Irvin, etc) would say something to set him straight. Heck, he works for NFLN. Does the league want one of it's employees repeatedly slandering a past champion? Do we see this from an analyst in any other sport?

Dude, it has been 13 years and you are still whining about that??? Good grief, my two year old son gets over being corrected by my wife and I faster than this guy with this obsession of us. Quite frankly, I am at the point now, where I could NOT care less if we did or didn't tape your "walk through". Didn't they do their walk through in the Superdome? As someone who has lived most of his life in New Orleans, and been in that building numerous times, I can tell you, someone from the Pats would not have gotten through security, with frigging cameras and all to tape you. They would have been caught by security. And, no such allegations were made and discussed in the news during that time.

Fauria copped out after the interview and he said Faulk saying it was a fact that the Pats taped the walkthrough caught him off guard.

By the way, the Rams practiced red zone offense in the walkthrough, and that's all they did.

They then scored a TD every time in the red zone.

Who was filming the Patriots practice before that Super Bowl though? NFL security saw it.

The fact that he is still complaining about it after 13 years should explain the reason his team lost the game. They lacked mental toughness and didn't like getting hit in the mouth.

He only thinks it's a fact the Rams were taped because he knows the Rams were taping the Patriots...

Walsh and Goodell meet[edit]
On the morning of May 13, 2008, Walsh, Goodell, and other officials and lawyers met for more than three hours in the NFL offices in New York City.[53] During the meeting, a contingent of media were shown clips from the videotapes that were sent to the NFL by Walsh, almost all of which contained shots of coaches' signals, the scoreboard, and an upper-level end zone view of the play.[54]

Goodell then held a press conference, in which he reiterated the NFL's prior statement that Walsh's main information on the Patriots' practices were consistent with what the league already knew and had disciplined the team for.[11] Walsh told Goodell in the meeting that there was no tape of the Rams' walkthrough before Super Bowl XXXVI, that nobody asked Walsh to tape it, and that Walsh was not aware of anyone else who had taped it.[11]

Essentially he's calling Goodell a liar, the same thing he tried to say in the interveiw to Lou because Lou told him there was no tape.

Fact>Marshall is a whiny litle Biatch...try and dispute that Marshall.
