This sucks. Now the mediots and inferior haters have nothing but Patriot domination to talk about.

The best "report" I heard all week was that the Patriots used the video board at CBS Scene (outside of the stadium) to watch replays for a play challenge advantage.

Michael Rosenburg in SI - - I won't give the link, but here is that exerpt:

"How ingrained is the culture? On one end of Gillette Stadium is a lighthouse, the stadium’s signature architectural feature. But if you sit behind the opposite end zone and look at the lighthouse, you will notice something else: An enormous television beyond the lighthouse, in the parking lot.

Officially, this allows people in the parking lot to watch TV. Is it a coincidence that you can see that TV from the Patriots’ sideline, but not from the opposing sideline, making it easier for the Patriots to watch replays and decide whether to throw the challenge flag"

That idiot is ripe for a circus.

I like Blount's comment.

“I don’t know what the proper inflation feeling is, but it felt like a normal ball,” Blount said.

“I don’t have any knowledge of it. We practice with crappier balls than what we play with. I don’t know anything about what’s going on.”

At a minimum the NFL could release the actual results of the ball test by now. Would save a lot of the guessing being done.

Why release facts when speculation suits their needs? They've pitted not just the whole sports media but the media itself against the Patriots. I'll say it again - this is the perfect storyline for Goodell in the Super Bowl week of what was otherwise a brutal year for the NFL, full of negative press and articles. #diversionGate.

Another good reaction.

Jimmy Garoppolo on footballs: “I came from a small school (Eastern Illinois), we had about four or five footballs for the year. I don’t know. I’m used to using whatever. It’s one of those things you can’t put too much thought into. A football is a football. You just have to go out and throw it.”

"Deflategate" or "Ball-Gazi"?

I prefer the latter.

Watching ESPN First Take, the blame now moves from BB to Brady. This is a blessing in disguise. Why? This will piss off the Patriots even more for attacking a player that is so respected in the lockerroom. I kind of feel bad for what the Patriots are going to do to the Seahawks next sunday!!

No but I am a soulless husk of a human being so I can see why you'd get that. I'm a gigolo trapped in the body of network security guy.

It's always good to read things from someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously.

Michael "anything for a click" Rosenburg has so many lies in there, but let's start with something he left out, that the TV screen has a 7-10 second delay (according to Fauria and Arnold)...so much for the timelychallenge flag. Fauria has said that the opposition has a much better view of said TV than the Pats. I'm learning to embrace the hate, but there is only so much ******** that I can stomach...

Doesn't matter what Brady says or the NFL findings says. The damage has been done. Haters will just think the NFL and the Patriots are in a conspiracy to cover this up.

This was a no win situation for the Patriots no matter what happened.

After seeing that picture of goodell having dinner at krafts house, and then hearing that teh league was setting up a sting to catch the patriots in the act All i can think of when i think of goodell:

"The ravens send their regards."

Keep on disliking my posts. All you guys are doing is filling up my ignore list. Likes, Dislikes, Agree, Disagree, winner doesn't not matter to me. They're trivial. I couldnt careless. I'm going to talk to Ian to see if it's possible for me to disable those features. I don't need them. Which grown adults really cares about likes and dislikes.
Yes, you go tattle on us just like your heroes Harbaby and Pig-ano...

If it serves even an ounce of motivation that can be turned into a tangible advantage in winning the Super Bowl next week, I will consider it worth it.

If next Sunday night the Commish has no evidence of wrong-doing and has to hand over the Lombardi to Belichick & Brady, he is going to look hilarious on stage.

Memo to Brady: just go win the game.
