Not an obscure rule. It also applies on all fourth downs.

Need to play for 60 minutes. BB has to get that across to the team. 60 minutes.

I'd have gone for it, go for the jugular and all that but 20-3 at the half...can't really turn your nose up to that.

The Red Zone offense need work but I think that's mostly a TB-Gronk thing...once they are in sync that should solve itself...
