Feed has gotten better for me. Sound won't cast to the TV though when anything else I cast the sound does. I can hear it on the laptop at least and it looks halfway decent on TV.

I'm using Chrome too ... went back to NFL.com's home page and just got in.

Hit 'launch' .... and without giving me a choice, it took me to the Jets game.

Soon figured out don't hit 'launch', but instead scroll down to the Pats game.
Which of course led to four minutes of commercials.

But hey, I'm (finally) in.

Well, wrote a nasty email to NFL support the day after the game due to issues with login, and I finally got a response back. Here is what they said.

Greetings,

Thank you for contacting NFL Preseason Live support. We do apologize for any Preseason Live issues encountered during the start of Preseason Week One.

We are issuing you a full refund (please allow 3-5 business days for processing back to your bank) for Preseason Live this season, but we will leave your subscription active in order that you may access the game archives, as well as the remainder of the Preseason.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Yeah, I had the same exact problem with the Error 504 and missed pretty much the entire 3rd quarter of the game due to it. I wrote a short and to-the-point email, and a couple days later I got the same exact response you did verbatim. So hey, I don't mind a choppy stream so much if it's free.
